In case you weren't aware, Wednesday is free hip-hop day. LMNO has his December2011 release, Overtime  up for free download on his bandcamp. If you don't know LMNO, you don't know. Get on it.

Summer Cyclocross.

Cyclocross. In the summer? Sure. Why not? If you live in New England, get yer ass up to Ski Ward in MA for a little summer-time training. Either we smell a little Gship/DTC field trip action, or we just stepped in vomit. Check out the details here. (looks like they still have last year's dates up, but they're slated to open May 26th). If you want to ride with Gship/DTC, get at us.
